DELIVERY
In-stock items are delivered within 3–7 business days. Back-ordered items are delivered within 10 business days, or up to 21 business days if not currently in stock.
For faster delivery, please contact us to discuss possible additional charges.
We deliver orders ourselves or through a courier service. Upon delivery, please check the condition of the parcel together with the courier or our representative. Once you sign the invoice without any remarks, the parcel is considered delivered in good condition — if you notice any damage, please refuse to accept the parcel and note it on the delivery note.
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information (address, contact phone number, and any other required details) when placing the order. If the parcel cannot be delivered, or is delivered late, due to incorrect information provided, the Seller is not liable. Should any provided details change, the buyer must notify us without delay.
RETURNS
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return it. Just email us at vytene@surfwax.lt or call +370 686 77878.
For a smooth return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and have all original tags attached. Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer.
We refund your money within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The original delivery fee is non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, that's on us — we'll replace it or refund you. All items come with a 12-month warranty.
