1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms of Sale (hereinafter - the "Terms") are a legally binding document that establishes the mutual rights, obligations, and liability of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods in the online store (hereinafter - the "Online Store"). All buyers who complete a purchase acknowledge that they have read and agree to these Terms.

2. CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE-SALE AGREEMENT

The agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the buyer, having formed a shopping cart in the Online Store, indicated a delivery address, selected a payment method, read and agreed to the store's terms, clicks the "Order" button. Every agreement made between the buyer and the seller is stored in the Online Store.

3. RIGHTS OF THE BUYER

The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the Online Store in accordance with these Terms. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods and the purchase-sale agreement with the Online Store within 14 days from the day of delivery of the goods, except in cases where the agreement concerns goods that fall under the list of non-returnable goods, or where a service agreement has been concluded under which the services have been fully provided to the buyer.

4. THE BUYER UNDERTAKES

The Buyer must accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed amount for them. If the data provided by the buyer in the registration form changes, the buyer must update it without delay. If the buyer refuses to accept the goods at the time of delivery, the buyer must cover the costs of delivering the goods. By using the Online Store, the Buyer agrees to these Terms of Sale and must comply with them.

When terminating the purchase agreement, goods are returned within 14 days from the day of delivery. The Buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.

When terminating the sale agreement, the Buyer must notify the Seller of the termination not only electronically at vytene@surfwax.lt, but also by phone at 8-686-77878, in order to ensure that the statutory deadlines can be met.

IMPORTANT: before returning quality goods, please check whether the item falls under the list of non-returnable goods.

5. RIGHTS OF THE SELLER

If the Buyer attempts to harm the operation or stable functioning of the Online Store, the Seller may, without prior notice, restrict, suspend the Buyer's ability to use the Online Store, or cancel the Buyer's registration. Under significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely discontinue the operation of the Online Store without prior notice to the Buyer. The Seller may unilaterally amend the terms of these Terms. Goods displayed in the store may differ in appearance (color, labeling, etc.), but the model and specifications must match those indicated.

The Seller may refuse to accept an order or sell goods to the Buyer if the latter is identified as an unreliable customer.

6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER

To create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the Online Store. To deliver the Buyer's ordered goods to the specified address within the agreed delivery period. Should significant circumstances arise preventing the Seller from delivering the ordered goods to the Buyer, the Seller undertakes to offer an equivalent product. If the buyer refuses to accept the equivalent product, the Seller will refund the amount paid within 3 working days, if the Buyer made an advance payment.

Upon termination of the purchase-sale agreement, the Seller undertakes to refund the payment for the goods within 14 days.

7. DELIVERY OF GOODS

Goods are delivered by the Seller or by a courier service. Upon delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the condition of the parcel together with an authorized representative of the Store or the courier service. Once the Buyer has signed the invoice, the parcel is considered to have been delivered. If you notice damage to the parcel, you must refuse to accept it and note this on the delivery note. Once you have accepted the goods and signed the delivery note without remarks, the parcel is considered to have been delivered in proper condition. Goods in stock are delivered within 3-7 working days. Back-ordered goods are delivered within 10 working days (up to 21 working days if the goods are not in stock). 8. RETURN OF GOODS

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days from the day the buyer receives the ordered goods. The return of goods is carried out in accordance with Order No. 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania of 29 June 2001, "On the Approval of Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods". The Buyer's request to return or exchange goods will be honored if the goods have not been used, are not damaged, retain their consumer properties, have not lost their commercial appearance, and have the original tags attached. The Buyer must have documents confirming the purchase. Once the Buyer decides to terminate the agreement and notifies the Seller, the Buyer may no longer use the product. If it is established that the goods have been used, damaged, have lost their consumer properties, or are without the originally attached tags, the Seller reserves the right to refuse the request to terminate the agreement. The Buyer returns the goods at their own transport cost to the address indicated by the seller and covers the return costs. The Seller shall refund the amounts paid by the buyer for the goods no later than fourteen days from the day it received the buyer's notice of withdrawal from the agreement. Money is not refunded for the transport service provided. The Buyer must hand over the goods to the seller without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day of submitting the notice of withdrawal from the agreement. The Seller does not refund the amounts paid by the buyer until the goods have been returned.

When a defective product that has been sold is returned, the Seller undertakes to accept the defective product and replace it with an equivalent product. In the event that the Seller does not have an equivalent product, the amount paid by the Buyer is refunded. The warranty period is 12 months.

9. LIABILITY

The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. If the Buyer does not provide accurate data in the registration form, the Seller is not liable for any consequences arising as a result. The Buyer is responsible for actions taken while using the Online Store. The Buyer is responsible for the transfer of their registration data to third parties. If third parties use the Buyer's registration data, the Buyer is responsible for the actions taken by that third party. The Seller is not responsible for information provided on other companies' websites, even if the Buyer accesses these websites through links found in the Seller's Online Store. If damage occurs, the party at fault shall compensate the other party for the losses incurred.

10. SENDING OF INFORMATION

The Seller sends all notices to the email address provided by the Buyer in the registration form. The Buyer sends all notices and questions to the address or email address indicated in the "Contacts" section of the Seller's Online Store.

11. FINAL PROVISIONS

The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these Terms. Any disagreements arising from the performance of these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disagreements shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
